Where the money goes
Nelson Rhythmic Gymnastics is the only rhythmic gymnastics club in the top of the south.
It is a not for profit club, so every year the gymnasts raise the funds that keep it running and keep them competing around the country.
This year that means trips to Auckland, Wellington and a good number of trips to Christchurch to represent the region on the national stage. A bag of cookies helps pay for that.
